Honestly, $600 for a whole set of truck tires ain't bad...

The set on the HEMI ran me like $1,200 not including the warranty certs and taxes...

BTW.. go check out Discount Tire (or www.tires.com) they usually have pretty good deals on tires and one of the best guarantees in the business.

Do you have a Big O Tires near you? http://www.bigotires.com/Mapquest/ad...ate=map_search

My friend got a set for his F250 and he's been thrilled with them.

I like Costco, hands down. Not only are their prices competitive, but their bottom line prices include mounting, lifetime balancing and rotation, as well as a road hazard warranty which I've taken advantage of twice.

I don't know if our sizes are similar, but a week ago today I got myself a set of four Michelin Cross Terrains for 604 including 5% MA tax. I've been very happy with it and I'm sure if you go with them you will be too.

I have always had a great experience with Discount Tire (America's Tire in the LA area). Always good quality, beyond great service, they know what they are doing and they employ good people.

I might be able to get a tire a bit cheaper somewhere else, though not likely, but I still get the best deal there as their expertise and ethics ensure that the most important part of my car (literaly where the rubber meets the road) is taken care of.

Tires is defiinately one of those cases where the lowest prices is not always the best deal.

Costco usually wins when it comes to tire pricing, because they don't try to add on extra charges for labor, balancing, etc. BJ's isn't bad, either. Never tried Sam's Club.

P series tires should not be more than $75-85 per tire...$100 max.. $150 per tire is outrageous.
