Need RAM for old laptop...

I have a Toshiba Satellite 2595XDVD that was my sister's back in college. She has since abondoned it and I am thinking of trying to get it running so a friend can use it (she has no computer and is down on her luck). I am trying to find some cheap RAM, any suggestions? I couldn't find any on EBay that seemed to fit the specs. Crucial has the 128mb chip that I want, but it seems expensive at $48 plus shipping. Here is what is needed according to Crucial:

144-pin SODIMM SDRAM, PC66 • CL=2 • Unbuffered • Non-parity • 66MHz • 3.3V • 16Meg x 64

Thanks for the help.

I will take a look. I have been trying to stay away from Fry's after getting burned by them on some other computer parts. Don't think they can get RAM wrong, can they?

What processor does that have in it (so I can get an idea of the age of the machine)? I might have some laying around...
