Actually, intent is the one thing that has pissed me off so much about this post and he very much did ask for this 'chick' to be harassed. His initial statement included the following text
However, yesterday I received the following email in my Inbox (email posted because this woman *needs* to be harrassed [sic]):

The post, including the request for this woman to be harassed was viewed over 19,000 times.

After stating 'this woman *needs* to be harassed, he then submitted the post to a link aggregation site, exposing it to even more viewers.

There have been libel cases lost on less.
