what do you think the value is of your home today _____________

what was the value of your home about before the market crash $259 ,ooo
what do you think the value is of your home today $139,ooo
that is if i found a buyer today. my area has really has been hit hard .and im only guessing i be able to get that much.

i bought my home 22 years ago and totally remodel it inside and out . i also added a 12 x 24 addition and 8 x 6 addition on one corner.

i payed 30 grand for a house that had to have the whole thing redone ,heating ,plumbing ,wiring ,kitchen and bath.and roofing.
i have remodel the bathroom twice and also have changed out the heater twice to.

I generally go by www.zillow.com
They've been pretty good at tracking trends.

I'm not comfortable advertising my home's value.

I bought my home a few years ago for 120K and current market value is upwards of 170. Yay Utah, and your low home prices and slow but steady appreciation!

Honestly, I don't even want to ask/know the answer to this question right now...

A bum stole one of my card board rooms while i was at work...

Naw, the place i live was bought for 600k, and now 5 doors down a nicer place is going for 430k... no good.
