Music keyboard advice
This one's a long shot, but here goes anyways:
As one of my New Years goals is to get back into music, I've decided it's about time I upgrade my 20-year old digital piano to something a little more modern.  Does anyone know where I can look to find reviews on some of the latest keyboards/workstations? I'm looking for something that I can hook up to my computer to compose/record with, but don't really know what's out there. Note that I'm not looking for those little "portable keyboards" like you find at Radio Shack -- I'm looking for something a little more high-end than that. Any advice would be helpful.

Funny thing is, that's the main keyboard I've actually seen (well, the revision before this one). Thank Yamaha's presence at an AMD Tech Tour event a few years ago for that one! I will admit I liked what I saw (and heard) with the MOTIF, but I definitely want to explore other options as well. |
