what do you do first?

Do you first wash your hair first? Or body first? or both?

Do you brush, floss, or mouthwash first?

just wondering...I was thinking about that while taking a shower and brushing today

I start with my hair.

I don't floss regularly, but I brush then use a water pik.

I didn't know I needed to justify my actions to you!

I was from top to bottom because I think it is silly to wash the dirt of one area of the body only to have it go over a clean area of the body. It is like washing a car - you always work from top to bottom.

I floss first b/c flossing loosens up gunk in between your teeth and brushing afterward ensures that you scrub that stuff off your teeth.

For me... Morning starts with...

1. Brush teeth first
2. Take Shower (body)
3. Wash hair while still in the shower.

then left arm diagonal across body to right foot then left foot and diagonal up kinda like a figure 8. dont know why have been doing it that way for a long tim

After I rinse everything off I do my face and my feet

If I floss, I do it before I brush. If I happen to use mouthwash I do that before flossing.

C. Torso, front and back
D. Privates + rear
E. Legs
F. Feet
G. Hair

2. Shave

3. Brush teeth, then mouthwash

Evening:

Floss, then brush teeth, then mouthwash.

Finally, I turn the water down nice and cool and wash my face w/ Clean & Clear morning burst (feels awesome)

After I shower I brush my teeth and then sometimes mouthwash. On the occasion that I floss, I would do so after brushing.

On a side note.... does anyone brush their teeth while showering ? I had never heard of such a thing until going to school in Iowa where I met a handful of people who did that.

I sometimes brush when i shower. I usually hang my head over the sing when i brush, but when brush in the shower, i go to down on my teeth because i don't care where the foam goes
