Need Help finding an Internet Access (dial up isp) in china - any+all help appreciated.

Will be there for a few weeks on and off and would like a very reliable solution for dial access. Please help, this is for my boss and he is damn demanding.

AOL + Earthlink have numbers all across the world, but they chage high hourly rates to use them
