Well I had a Trek 8500 with judy xc shocks. Some nice rhino horns, cage, kevlar tires - which I still managed to trash and were expensive as hell to replace, and clipless pedals. Unfortunately I left it on my back porch (2nd story accessible only from my bedroom) when I went away for a weekend and when I got back it was gone. Insurance only gave me $1000 back after the insurance deductible. Damn the thief to hell.

Prior to that I had an original Trek 800 which was also stolen.

My dirt bikes were a Schwinn Scrambler and a Schwinn predator. Used to kill all the little BMX babies on those two. I loved flying over the others on the course.

I still need to replace my bike, especially now that I am out in California, but I dont have a few grand to drop on a new bike. I have looked but to get anywhere near what I had will set me back a nice amount.

cool dopey i used to mtb every day but i have been road biking every day now its lots of fun and good exercise. but soem of these damn drivers dont follow the laws like cutting me off in the intersections when i am halfway through. if anyone wants me to post the specs on any of my bikes i can they are pretty well configured especially the cannondale and the schwinn freestyle.

re

i have never broken a frame...lol. i have taken some really hard falls. one time in the woods there was a river and someone built a wood bridge accross it. long story short i turned my front wheel and went tumbling into the river. good thing it was only 2 ft deep. you guys all have clip in pedals right? cause thats what i run on my mtb and road bike
