Sigh... How can we make these stupid lawsuits stop? Disclaimers on everything? Never serve hot or cold foods? Constitutional amendment? Oy...

And she only really won about 200k not over 1 million. But anyways, I think that the system in place probably works atleast 90-95% of the time, if not more. A Person sueing is different than a person winning a frivolous case.
