I think the question is: "Is it true that a first love stays with you forever?" or, "Is it true that you never forget your first love?"
And my answer is most likely YES, if it is true love, and a first love, then it will probably always stay with you to some extent, be it happy memories or yearning to hear from them when you are not feeling well.

I have no 1st 2nd or last love, I am just some guy that gets his love from his grandma, (Meant nicely). So I dunno. SEP doesn't have qualifications in that region.
