The Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets cost 52,500 points. The show is in 3.5 weeks. Seems very unlikely anybody will be able to acquire that many points so soon. Maybe an email to KFMB suggesting they lower the point value is in order?

Yes, at a little over 1000pts per day, 5 days/week, that's about 5000/week.

I guess with the program starting when it did, you'll have about 16K points now. Add 3 weeks @5K gives you a bit over 31K points...about 20K shy...I guess they need to lower the price or put them in a raffle.

Or, since channel 8 is owned by the same company as KFMB 760 and Jack FM 100.7, we'll see the tix moved to one of the radio station prize programs?

Nice thought, but I talked to some of the Jack people and they told me that channel 8 treats them like an orphaned child and basically ignore them...could happen but I doubt it.

I was hoping that they would allow a transfer of points from jack or 760 ---but that's not happening either (since that would be the only way you could accumulate that many points)
interesting about the orphan since they DO have a link(sometimes) to the other sites for 50 points (not available now tho)

Yeah...the link surprised me...maybe they're finally talking to Jack because they need them to get their program going.

11/5 Question.....
Which San Diego High School did Cleveland Browns tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. attend?

Scripps Ranch High School

Today's question:
Executive Head Chef Scott Leibfried from Soleil@K Restaurant joins News 8 Morning team Dan Cohen and Nichelle Medina, Monday November 6 in the 7am hour, for a live cooking segment. What dish does he prepare on-air?

Rotisserie Jadori Chicken
Curry Mussel Chowder
Artichoke Ravioli (this is on the menu and not the right choice)

-I set my dvr to record and I accidentally set it to record Fox6. anyone watch? ugh

It helps to have a birthday and get those bonus points from referrals. I didn't get it, wish I did.
