That's the impression I got when I talked to him on the phone once too. I called in for a prize but called at the wrong time by mistake. He said he appreciated that I didn't just hang up on him when I realized I wasn't a winner and we chatted for about a minute...very pleasant!

I think Gene is great too! He always remembers me at events. Does not get my name quite right, but it is an odd name and he gets pretty close. Always asks about my sister too. What a sweetheart!

Yes, Gene is very pleasant. He met my son when he was about 6 months old and was very sweet. He always calls me on my birthday too - I think it's great that he lets you know when he will be announcing your name....
