Sorry, I copied and pasted directly from the email and I didn't double check the link the geniuses over at 760 provided. When I originally signed up for the newsletter it took me forever to find the sign up section too. Just trying to help!

You know Mach2Drew, funny you ask that! I got my hammer smiley from the standard list of smileys that Got Apex provides. I was actually looking for the spanking smiley that Gothic Girl always uses (I love that one!) and I couldn't find it anywhere on my smiley list.

Are only certain smileys visible to certain people? Yup, I check again. No spanking smiley on my list!

ok guysngals, here's how you can do it

the character is found in another forum
and strictly speaking you are usurping their bandwidth to do this
but what you do is

when composing an advanced message
push the image key above
(looks like a mountain)

write the url to the image, in this case:
http://www.bitoffun.com/forums/image...es/assbeat.gif

push the image key again

and there you are
