She returned my email asking for my login and password and that she would credit me the points. I told her that I got the points but we were all mad that this was happening and this is what she replied:

"Thanks for your comments . . . we understand people's frustrations but

are still working all of the kinks out of our new system and do not
have control over technical bloopers that may occur."

If you still want the points, you can just email them. Took me 2 mins to write. Go for it!

They asked for my login and password to add the birthday code, after they didn't send it out.

So If you have had a birthday and didn't get your birthday code, you can email and they will add the pts to your account
