Wabbit you are so right! Thanks for bringing me back to reality. They may have created a bigger monster than they thought. I think the story of the troll under the bridge comes to mind...only this troll has become so large with burritos and tequila that he can't come out from under the bridge and he is squawking up all the wrong places!

I just got an PM from Carls Jr.'s corporate attorney.

He asked us to cease and desist using the name "Carl" when referring to a two-bit lawyer.

They said they didn't mind it if we called him Wendy.

And the name Carl is not copyrighted. You can't copyright a name unless it's in a specially created and specific font.
