Good question John. Judging from
past answers I would say chances
are slim. They tend to do only one
sports related answer during the
week. They can be very tricky though,
so there is always a possibility.
They haven't done a DJ in a while,
I think BRICK was a weekend bonus,
so maybe one of the other's is about
due. But it's all a crap shoot. To
add to the confusion, yesterday's
answer could be taken as the name
of a dj or as that green paper
in your pocket that pays for
your internet access.

THEY DID ASK FOR ID! BUT DIDN'T TAKE A COPY! There's a web site you order from, you get a certificate, pick what you want out, and they mail it or you pick it up! if they mail it you pay shipping, but you can pick it up, i dont know where it is yet! The card has no address but the area code is 909 so i guess out by fontana out that way

Please turn off the caps key.

Looks like Mancow has not helped the station
one bit.

The current ratings book as of nov 15
has KLAC at 0.6.
They have actually dropped a tenth of a
point from the previous book.

To give you an idea of how bad that
number is the number one station
is Kiss with a 4.5

KROQ has a 3.7
JACK FM has a 3.4
KBIG has a 2.2
STAR has 1.9

Heh

Did I read that right? You pay shipping on the baseball
glove. Wha-Wha-WHAT??? The cheapness of these
people abounds!!!!

Many years ago, I heard a budweiser commerical on
the Howard Stern show. It was a contest. You
had to send in a postcard and you could win a
trip to London, see Van Halen at Wembly
Stadium, dinner at Hard Rock, a week's stay,
airfare and hotel included. I read somewhere
that sending colored postcards was very helpful.
So I bought a big piece of Pink poster board.
Cut it up into 30 pieces measuring the size
of a post card standard. I mailed out 3 a day
up to the deadline to the contest. I received
a phone call a few days later from a woman
from a promotional agency in Calabasas telling
me I won the contest. I flipped. I picked up
my package from KLSX, and everything
was there. Airline tickets, Hotel, Dinner.
The most organized thing you can imagine.

That's how a contest should be run.

Zippy - ws that the old or new Van Halen. I only got to see the newer RED Rocker version in Sacramento years ago. Pretty good, but I imagine Diamond Dave was way better. I was too young then.

HT,

Unfortunately, it was the band with Sammy Hagar.
I was only there because it was free. But I would
have never gone otherwise. I don't remember them
even doing old Van Halan. It was very corporate. Felt
like everybody was there to add more zeros to their
bank accounts. I remember those first two Van
Halan albums as being excellent. But not one song
was played at that 2 and 1/2 hour concert. I was
numb by the end of the show. What a waste.

People, please don't post the answer to my
riddle when you solve it. It kills the fun
for the other people. If you are having
problems you can shoot me a private mail.

Ok, I am a word. Something you are using
right this instant. If that didn't solve it
see my lyrics below. You need to find
the second word in the song title.
Good luck. This is for the 12/06 BC.

"Nothing on tv I ain’t seen before
Another murder on the news, I can’t take no more
Evil incorporated, blowing up bombs and thangs
I have a child, huh, I have a lot 2 explain
I could write a letter, but who would I send it 2?
It was sunday night, instead of doing what I usually do i.."

Sirrich3,

I only hear What's in Santa's Sack
Promotions on the station.
Speaking of which, those words
should be coming up soon,
Santa; Sack.

Has anybody taken that Warner
Brothers Studio Tour? How was
it compared to Universal's tram thingy.

Since it is late I'll post the answer
but I don't know why people could
not get the first clue: "something
you are using right this instant."
That does not leave you with but
a few options.

Anyway, the bc for 12/06: computer

(that will expire at midnight)
