The pizza I used to get growing up around Springfield MA beats both. Its like a combination of the two styles, a large, rectangular pie like Sicilian, but with a thin flat crust like classic NY...

Don't know the makeup details of bourbon vs. scotch, but I do know that bourbon generally hits its peak age at about 7 or 8 years, after which extra aging has no real effect on it, and perhaps hurts...

Jack Daniels is identically to bourbon except for one extra step at the end, when they filter it through charcoal. I believe the barrels are the same.

I like that too. Wild Turkey in particular. But there isn't the same variation and character in bourbon than single malt scotch I must admit.

That being said, a bottle of good bourbon can be had...

I only saw bits of this episode. Seems like a cool enough show. I bet it would be better if it were done by Discovery or The Military Channel instead of Spike. Probably less of the "machismo" you...
