Which one is good? I've seen the Vision Tek get good reviews, but some have told me that Vision Tek sucks as a card manufacturer. Does anyone else have a recommendation? PNY? Gainward?

For the last couple of days or so, people have been sending me emails but I have been receiving blank emails that are marked as being "(Plain Text) - US ASCII".

Money is not really a problem. I don't think I can afford $500 for a Geforce 3, but I have seen Ultra's that are around $350 now. That I could probably swing.
