I doubt anyone can help that video card. If you call the manufacturer they might have a fix, but when you are updating a bios chip and something bad happens you are usually screwed. Bummer.

If you have another win98 computer around you can copy the file off that onto a disk and then onto the computer that isn't booting. It usually works and is a lot easier than re-installing...

You have to use a program that specifically uses bin/cue files to make a cd. Don't just burn the files directly to a CD-R. I think Win-CDR will work correctly.
