Keep it in the low forties under full load.Try for sure to stay away from 50c or higher.

I say this because you need to remember your M/B moniter will give you a temp reading between 2to8c lower...

The heat question is not a certian answer, each system runs at a different temp for a lot of reasons.

By what you are saying I agree heat may be the problem,you need to run a bench mark program...

THE 1.2 266 FSB is the better chip Because it will run solid at 133 fsb The guy that posted his chip dident get a stable system on that 200 fsb.

I am at 10.5 and 133 fsb on the 1.2 C,=1.4 stable...
