its definiatly not frozen because I see some animation. And it does stop at the "scanning disk for errors" stage so maybe I'll turn off the scandisk part...I can always run scandisk manually and...

I can't defrag anymore...I start the program from windows and it just sits at 0% not moving at all....What is going on?
