try eBay. i just bought a 600m and i got 2 x 256 pc2700 for $39 shipped.

man, i tried to regrister my name, but already taken. and the 6 character min pissed me off. but 1 gig is 1 gig.

the clincher is now much you can upload via attachments. yahoo (free) allows 10mb. gmail is 5mb i think. and aventuremail, which gave out free 2gb accounts, doesnt allow any attachments!
