The reason i ask is because i read something about a hardware requirement. I remember seeing "Hardware Purchase Requirement" or something like that. So that doesnt have to do anything with OEM then....

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but what does OEM mean? I was checking prices for WinXP Pro and some of the products have OEM next to them and the others dont.
