Whatever you get, my wife found out if you toss in regular white vinegar right into the dishwasher itself, it makes the dishes have that nice squeeky clean feeling...and no water spots to boot. :)

Sometimes when you're hungry, if you drink a bunch of water you'll not be hungry anymore. Also, maybe buy yourself a can of peanuts/cashews/almonds/whatever to keep at your desk?
