Ah, apparently the weekend was too much for Stella, who has come down with a nice little ear infection. No, she is not a happy camper. Yes, we as parents are tired, though I suspect more Greta then myself, since I don’t know if I ever came fully awake last night. In fact, I’m fairly sure I was sleep walking through the event.

Sometimes I do that. Wake me up at the wrong time, and I’m not really awake. I don’t recall conversations, I don’t really know what’s going on, and I can barely walk correctly. It’s like my system is suffering a brown out and all my gyros have gone south. I’ve always been like this, but it seems to be more pronounced as I get older. I’d say I was just a heavy sleeper, only I’m not, at least, no always. It just depends when in the sleepy cycle I wake up during. Catch me at the right time, and I’m alert. Wrong time, I’m the Mummy.
