Paradise By The Dashboard Light

Well, in thinking about it more, I still say Mr. Roboto is the dumbest rock song ever, but Meatloaf’s I Would Do Anything For Love comes damn close. Too Close. So close, I couldn’t bear to put it up, so here is some Paradise By The Dashboard Light. Which yeah, is pretty damn cheesy. But everyone sings along anyway.

I’m still using this b-Enspirer sound card, and still loving it for the most part. A potential, benchmark free review is percolating in my head, but I dunno if it will ever leak out onto HTML. But in case I don’t, I’m pretty pleased with it. Just tried out the Dolby Headphone feature on it, and darn near blew my ears off. Apparently, someone in the toddler range discovered my volume control on my keyboard. ‘Bout jumped out of my damn skin.

All Karaoke DJ's agree that "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" is the worst song that ever existed!! And it's over 8 minutes long.

I cringe when I see a couple performing it at the events I attend.

Funny, I was going to post the same thing (as I love karaoke, but hate this song). Very rarely do I hear a good rendition of this song.

Oh well, the joys of karaoke.

At least it isn't Picture........I got so sick and tired of that one, as I literally couldn't enjoy a night of karaoke without hearing that song (or get asked to sing it with someone else).

Thankfully people seem to have gotten over that one.

(Just to clarify: I'm all for karaoke, and can generally even handle the bad singers, but when I hear the same songs butchered every week it gets just a LITTLE tiring after a while).
