Sunshine Of Your Dish

Ah, a little Cream to start off a summer week. Cream is totally a summer band.

Well, if you ever have what is essentially an engineering problem, it helps to have a Russian. Dish sent out a highly experienced installer who pretty much complained about how badly the other 3 did things, cleaned up the wiring, moved the dish, added a second dish, and pretty much did a wonderful job. Of course, it's the job that should have been done the first time, but it's done, I'm happy, it's over.

Naturally, suddenly there was nothing on I wanted to watch. So we watched the first Lord of the Rings. Damn that's a long movie. I think people that went for the extended version...well, you people are nuts.

Sunday, after finally mowing my lawn (though it is just as fair to say, "after mowing a bunch of wild daisies and some weeds) we ran out to a flea market with live country band and a lot of cheap knives and polished rocks. Still, it was fun. Then on the way home we stopped to eat at the Space Aliens Bar And Grill which wasn't nearly cheesy enough and was terribly expensive. Good food though. Needed more neon and black lighting.

It was....an odd weekend. But a weekend it was.
