You know, I haven't seen that video in like, 30 years, so obviously I don't remember it so well, since it seems a lot more disturbing than I recalled.

I hope you had a good weekend, I had a decent enough one, I suppose.

I was bone tired on Saturday, but still trudged over to Target where they had 6 million copies of Harry Potter, as I knew they would. It's not like a Wii, people, it's pretty easy to print books these days.

Then the family and I went to go see Hairspray. Ok, I'll admit, I'm a man that likes the occasional musical. But not all of them. I'm no Liza queen or anything like that. Still, you can't help but enjoy say, Grease, and yeah, I can even admit I'm a Gene Kelly fan to an extent. Plus, I like John Waters movies, so I was curious.

Damn, that was a good movie. None of the songs were 'head to the bathroom' worthy, there was a steady stream of humor, good dancing and great acting. I loved it. I honestly think it's the best movie I've seen this summer.

Of course, Stardust looks darn good and might just beat that. And the trailer for the Queen? I'm all over the Spanish Armada getting it's ass handed to it. So there are still contenders out there. But Hairspray was a ton of fun.

Sunday, I had a very annoying trip to Target, and then I spent most of the afternoon playing Bomberman Live with Sammy, or reading Harry Potter. Both are enjoyable.

Other than that, I was kind of a bum. Grass is too dry to mow. I want to trim the yard, but I need the shade right now. The Lounge needs work, but...feh. I chilled.

That's ok, right?
