Ice Rocks From The Very Sky

Well, I guess it was a good weekend. I mean, it was nice out and all. Of course, at one point the sky opened up and threw golf ball sized hail at me.

I have never seen anything like it, and it sounded like I was inside a jiffy pop popcorn package on fire. The hail was so big it was ripping the leaves and branches right off the trees.

When it was all done, the sun came out and my poor car was glistening under the light, covered in ice. Got me some nice divits in the hood and roof. I imagine there will be some "hail damaged" cars on sale soon.

So we are going to get the house inspected as well, since you can't always see the damage, and I figure anything strong enough to pound on my forester to dent it likely did some stuff to my 60 year old house.

Other than that, we went on a monster bike ride, a really long pointless yet enjoyable car ride, and played some Singstar.

So I call it a good weekend. If a little...denty.
