Labor Day's Labors
Earth, Wind and Fire is the only way to start September. I hope you are having a good Labor Day Weekend. Mines been pretty good, if a little expensive. I pulled the trigger and went ahead and got out of my lease on my Subaru, and picked up a new 2009 Mazda6. I'm still reading the manual, damn that car is a little complex. But I'm happy so far. I hope I don't miss the all wheel drive too much, though. Other than a lot of that new car dancing (waxing, babying, driving all over the place) we went off to an engagement party for a friend, a birthday party for a niece, shopping for spices, and unrelatedly, shoes. And yes, I think I just invented the word Unrelatedly. I kind of like it. Today, I don't plan on doing squat. Mostly because it's going to be 90 degrees today. Though I still need to make a little extra room in my teeny garage. And I need to do some pre winter trimming. And I should really continue patching the driveway. So, I guess I actually plan on doing very little actual squat. You go have a day.
