Ack, Back To Work

I had a nice 4 days off, if I do say so. Pity it has to end.

Thursday we went to the in laws and ate; just to be different I fell asleep on the couch before the turkey.

Friday I pretty much skipped on on the shopping. I got an oil change after spending a ton of money on Amazon. Dropped of the kids and ate a 30 dollar steak at Pittsburgh Blue or something like that. I dunno, the steak was really, really really good, but 30 bucks for it was still way too much. Watched Tropic of Thunder, which was funnier then I thought it would be.

Saturday we ran around and I shopped and we cleaned and I tore apart my desk and threw away a TON of stuff. Went to play some Rockband only to find my guitar finally died. So I went out and got a wireless one, only to find it didn't work. Meanwhile, I played some Gothic III Forsaken Gods and let me tell you if you are any kind of fan of the Gothic games, stay the HELL away from that one. It's not that it's buggy - all Gothic games are buggy. It doesn't make sense. Voices change at random. A wimpy inn keeper will suddenly talk like a pirate for no reason. Orcs will suddenly like wimpy inn keepers. You can rob chests right in front of people, but they will attack you if you take a ham off the table. It's just a mess.

Sunday was a more relaxing day - played some Rockband with functioning guitar, and hung out. Watched Stella fall asleep to loud rock music. That's my girl.

Like I say, pity I have to go back to work.

You go have a day.
