Hi guys,
I have a little problem and I was hoping you could help. I got a new computer and I'm trying to transfer files from the old machine using a USB to USB cable. It connects fine to the new machine but my old machine is so messed up that it won't even recognize that there's something plugged into the USB slot. Furthermore, I tried to hook up a zip and even that wouldn't work either(couldn't even get a drive letter assigned) and now the machine won't even recognize the CDROM that came with the damn thing! I'm totally lost! I guess it boils down to the OS (windows 95) not being able to "find" anything. Would upgrading to a newer version of windows fix this problem or is there a cheaper solution? Any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thank you! Matt X |
