 , both of 'em.Best Buy is the classic jack of all trades, master of none. Need a TV? They've got 'em, but you can get much better deals elsewhere. How about CD's and DVD's? Same thing. Wait, computers? Yup, have those too...but would you really want a PC from there?  to Best Buy.

Try to find a sale item if its over a $10 item-chances are they won't have it in stock. Call and they'll say sure they have it in stock. I had this happen on more then one occasion. Get to the store and told "we just sold out." Or, in the case of a Gateway laptop I wanted, "we only have the display unit and we can't sell you that one because its a current model but come over here and we'll order it online and it'll be shipped right to your door". I ordered it and 2 days later it arrived from Gateway. But the sales kid said I could have done it right from home and saved 2 hours round trip to the store and back. asshats
