I managed to finally get hold of a PS2 using PS2Finder app, and now I need some games.
Can anyone give me advice on the games worth buying for the PS2? I have been reading some reviews on a bunch of different websites, but they often differ in opinion. I'm just wondering what you guys think. Thanks for any input/recomendations. |

I think at this point, any game you can find is a good game

Well, the popular ones are Tekken Tag Team Tournament, SSX, Unreal Tournament, and Madden 2001.

I'm really impressed with Summoner too, although there are some annoyances. Overall, it's a pretty cool game.
DO NOT GET silent scope. Maybe the worst game of all time. I have Madden, it's very addictive, especially once you get your hands on a memory card. I'm waiting for NBA Live. One of my friends works as a playtester for EA, and he's really excited about it. In contrast, he was only "happy" with the way Madden turned out. I'm interested. |

Can Backups be used in the PS2 yet?? Are there mods for it already?

Street fighter 2 alpha 3 (I think) is so much fun in multiplayer mode. Me and my cousins were playing 2v2 for hours. Haven't had that much fun since SF2 first came out. If you liked the old Armored Core, the new one has even more options, and the best intro I've ever seen in a playstation game ever. It kinda technical and you can tweak your robot for days if your into that sort of thing.
