Qnext

Anyone use it?
Anyone heard of it?

http://qnext.com/

It's kinda neat how you can share photos, music and files.

Seems cool. Like something a company would use to share stuff. well or a family since you can stream. but i think that there are many other companies and progs that do this already and so this is just the newest flavor. Its like gaim, and pidgin and meebo and all the other multi functional chats. They all probably work pretty good but who knows what the best one is.
Try it and let us know

I did install it yesterday. It's rather neat the way you can share photos and music. I tried a couple "zones" to see how they would work. You can merge your address book from gmail, yahoo, aol or manually. When you want to share photos or music, you make your list or "zone" and then select who you want to send it to. You can send it to certain groups or individuals. Really simple. I am starting to think I can walk my mom and my MIL through installation and set up.

The one gripe i have is resizing the chat window

Tomorrow morning we are going to try voice conferencing (me and Donnie)

I didn't like pidgin. I installed that one yesterday too. I have used Trillian since forever ago- seriously I think I was an early adaptor to that one too. It's been acting funky and it could be just a db issue and a simple wipe and reinstall would fix it, but wanted to see what else was out there.
