I know there are programs available, and maybe even through win95/98 but I just dont know how to work them so I'm asking. How do I make it so that my pc's security works like a laptops where when its turned on, it asks for a password and without the password, you cant use the computer. There is always some windows thing that pops up when the computer is restarted or just turned on but that thing does nothing, by clicking on ESC it goes away and the computer starts up with no problems.
