I don't know much out on the left coast, but they should be easy to find. Do you just want web development, or are you looking more for interactive agency type work? Web development tends to be more technical, and interactive agencies tend to be more focused on image & branding. Many companies like to say they're both, but they'll usually lean one way or another.
If your branding & marketing is already solid & you want technical abilities, start with the big IT companies - EDS, IBM, HP, Tata, Perot. If you want more brand & image, start with a marketing firm. (Sorry, don't know any in the LA market) These might give you better results than if you look for a 'web design' firm. |
