I would say that this is something to bitch about except that 1) the way the config looks, the firewall only filters incoming connections, and 2) By default, there are no services listening for incoming connections. Still, it would be better were the firewall on by default.
And I agree w/ IN. It feels a lot faster than Tiger. Aperture runs much better on Leopard than it did on Tiger on my 20'' iMac.
