Dell and XP

I am hearing conflicting reports. Windows XP will be no longer available in Dell computers the middle of June or will be available for 2 more years?

Not just Dell, but every vendor. The official Microsoft end of retail life for XP is June 30th, I believe. That means that MS will no longer allow retail sale of XP after that date. HOWEVER:

1) It'll still be supported until 2014, IIRC
2) It's still available to MS Volume Licensing customers (thank goodness!)
3) There's still a slim chance that they'll push that June 30 date back if they get enough complaints. They already bumped it once - it was already supposed to be done on Jan 31 of this year.
