Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and (beta) Rescue Disc

Kaspersky has a standalone virus removal tool, designed for once only on-demand use. It does not provide any real-time continuing antivirus protection. Disable any already-installed AV program prior to running the Kaspersky tool.

The procedure is:

1. Install it.
2. Run it.
3. Close it - upon closing, you are prompted to uninstall it.

Builds are updated several times a day and can be downloaded here...

They also have a Linux-based bootable Rescue Disc that can be used to scan severely invected systems without booting into Windows. It is BETA, and there isn't much documentation available for it. Daily builds can be downloaded from here in .iso format.
