I dunno what to make of it. I'm posting from it now. a little annoyed they got rid of menus.
I feel like i lost control....especially keyboard control.

im staying with IE7 for now. and i just read were some are saying IE8 beta is a memory hog. i also use mozilla firefox 2.0.0.16

it's....interesting. Odd. A different experience. I dunno that I like it, but I see they are least trying something new. You can tell it's beta though, it seems very feature light.

The lack of menus is a little odd to say the least. Well actually there are a couple of menus, but they seem like they are in the wrong place!

After watching the webcast video, you can easily tell that Google is stressing the fact that they are not out to establish themselves as a replacement browser in the current browser market but rather to contribute. They also continually mention that everything is open source and anyone is free to use/modify/improve it. Wouldn't it be interesting to see IE use the V8 engine?  |

Just figured out how to go with the dev build and add AdBlock + and no underlined links (Chrome had no way to turn link underlining off unlike other browsers)... Woo+!
