I don't know if this the right forum for me to posting this question,... if it isn't, I'm sure GAM will put it in the right place? =)

I'm wondering if any of you are using Ricochet service (either through Earthlink or whoever) in the Los Angeles area. Is it worth it? Connection speeds? (ie, is it REALLY 128?? Or does it vary like crazy?) etc etc etc.

A guy I work with got one of these setups & it works great. HOWEVER - Ricochet is in financial trouble - you may want to hold off & see if they get on firmer financial ground before you invest the $$ in the hardware.
