Hi all,
I added an identical Pentium III to my server, the CMOS found it during booting (processors X 2). Win2k server booted properly, but when i go to device manager under computer, it shows uniprocessor PC. seems the win2k didn't found it. do I have to reinstall the win2k server to find the second processor or there is another way to get arround??? thanks |

I am jogging some cob webs, but with win2k pro I believe you have to run a utility or edit the reg. for it to recgonize the 2nd cpu. server should be the same. I don't recall having to reinstall win2k.
