IE5 patches?

Where do you find 128 bit patch for IE.
I tired micro$oft.com already. But my 28.8k modem ain't gonna be happy with 20MB IE5 SP2 download.
I am trying to use AMEX dial up but the d@mn thing require 128bit patch that I cannot find on M$.
I am just looking for the patch not the whole IE5.
