Cool

can anyone tell what and where are the boot files in win2k?
is it the same as NT? ntldr, boot.ini etc..

My system is configured w/ c: drive, d: drive, which is RAID 0 on Promise controller and WINNt folder.

is there a way for me to boot right from the RAID drives?
coz,\ when I removed the C drive and replace w/ another formatted drive, win2k would not boot.

thanx

the core files are still in your root directory. I'm not understanding you...are you booting from IDE and you want to boot from your RAID controller?
Can you change you boot devices in the bios to boot SCSI first?
