Editing multiple MP3 ID3 tags

Anyone know of a good, easy to use MP3 tag editor. i recently have been archiving all my cd's to mp3 and want to have all the tags edited too. i tried a program called Tag and Rename, but it is very complicated and sometimes doesnt do stuff the way i want it too. im not too picky about whether it edits ID3v1 or v2 but i need one which will simplify the editing process and automate most of it. if there is any program which will access the CDDB and edit the tags that way, it would be great.

I just downloaded the new version of music match. It seems to be able to edit the tags on multiple files.
