XP and 98 NETWORKING: WTF?
Ok. I have my C:\ Drive shared on my computer with Windows 98 SE. It has a password on it so if you try to access it it won't let you. If I try to access it from another 9x/ME computer it asks for password. However, I just got my laptop with WinXP on it and I can access the other hard drive without entering a password AT ALL. What is up with that?

Is the password you are using to log into XP the same as your sharing password?

Yep thats why it lets you in. The NT security works a lil' different. And i'm too lazy to explain it now. . . and don't really know how to explain it.
