Network: Windows XP + Win98 + Win ME

ARGH! I have XP on my laptop and I ran the stupid network set up wizard. Now when I goto "Network Neighborhood" on Win98 and "Entire Network" on Win ME all I get is the stupid hour glass searching for the network. Windows XP told me to run the Windows XP network set up on the 98 and ME computers and I did so. I still get the god damn hourglass. Anyone know how to get this to work? The XP computer has no problem browsing the network but the ME and 98 PC's can't browse the network at all.

Update:

So ya, I unplugged my notebook (the system with XP) so I can take it to my Management Information Systems meeting, anyways, once i unplugged the xp system, the 98 and ME systems can see each other fine on the network.
