IE 6 Links

does anyone know how do move the links toolbar to be under the address toolbar like it was in 5.0 and 5.5? In 6 it's on the side of the address toolbar and i can't seem to be able to move it

The reason ya cant move it is cause it is lock....

Right click over the bars and uncheck the "LOCK THE TOOLBAR"..

now ya can move it under the address bar.
