my DHCP server
Ok, me and my friends decided to connect our networks together. Ad decided to change our DHCP servers to private mode (where they only serve certian MAC addresses).
they're running linux, but i'm running 2000 server. We know how to do this in linux, but we have no clue how to do this in 2000 server. can any of you offer any insight? |

I think i figured it out.
I created a scope. 192.168.0.25 through 192.168.0.50 I then created an exclusion range. 192.168.0.25 through 192.168.0.50 Then I added my computers to the reservations section via their MAC addresses. seems to be working pretty good.... so far. |
